Food Stacking Conveyor Systems

Forpak Stackers are designed with functionality at the forefront. Their unique touch screen controls and easy to wash stainless steel makes operating and sanitizing a seamless job. The Stacker creates and discharges stacks onto a continuous-running Take Away Conveyor. From there, your product can be manually packed into boxes, trays, or fed downstream to automated packing equipment. Whether you’re in the business of producing frozen patties, cookies, or baked goods, Forpak’s Stacker is the solution for your automation needs.

The Stacker Model GSS, which stacks at a rate of 100 pieces per minute per lane, is ideal for stacking frozen meat patties and bakery products.

Stacker Model GSSE, offers the same functionality as Model GSS, but only uses electric components for building and dispensing the stacked products. This eliminates the need for pneumatics from the production line (see Forpak Power Study).

Stacker Model GSSB (Bypass Conveyor) offers the same functionality as Model GSS, but also features a Bypass Conveyor within the stacker. The bypass allows products that do not require stacking to pass through the stacker untouched. This model can easily convert between stacking and bypass conveying.
